I bought my first ‘proper’ camera aged 14 and it went everywhere with me. It was in the days of pre-digital (I’m giving away my age eek). Cape Town School of Photography gave me some more formal training but for me photography is mostly about feeling – light and feeling.
Photography has always been a passion of mine – especially Lifestyle photography (the halfway point between posed portrait sessions and candid documentary photography). I love colour and I love light – when photographing people I try to use only natural light (especially with families and newborn shoots). It’s an honour for me to capture your family’s intimate pictures – a toddlers chortle when tickled, a loving look between parents. Fleeting moments captured in time.
